1. To salt or NOT to salt? 

All salts are not created equal.   I have good news YOU CAN EAT SALT!  But its the type of salt that matters.   Throw out your Morton’s Table Salt and opt for Pure Sea salt or Himalayan  salt….with this switch you can party down with the salt and not have any guilt.  These salts will provide your cells with essential minerals that the bodies needs to thrive. 2. What kind of soap are you using? Ditch the antibacterial soap and opt for something much more safe.  OHHH MY it was hard to find soaps in main stream stores that were free of toxins..but after much research here are the ones I have found.  I was using Method Brand but discovered their rating was not so great.  Find out how your soap ranks in safety at EWG.org  Just type in the search feature to find your brand.Kiss My Face Safe Hand Soap
