Julie Wiebe, is a physical therapist with over eighteen years of clinical experience in both Sports Medicine and Women’s Health. Her passion is to revolutionize the mainstream perception of the pelvic floor and the way women recover from injuries, pregnancy and return to fitness. She pursues this through innovative rehabilitation, and return to fitness programs that promote diaphragm and pelvic floor integration into core strengthening and fitness training.
